WELCOME TO THE U7 DIVISION FOR THE 2024-2025 SEASON.

Hi parents and guardians of our U7 division.

Our parent meeting will be held on August 28th at 7:00 pm at Elks Hall. We encourage attendance for this.

The schedule and groupings for evaluations will be coming from our Third-Party evaluator via email the week of evaluations. Please mark your calendars of the dates:

Sunday, Sept 22

** Our U7 kiddos do not have prep skates like the older divisions prior to evaluations. U7's are not tiered; therefore, the evaluations are geared to identify skillset so we can create balanced teams.**

U7 DIVISION INFORMATION

The U7 Division is comprised of players that are 5 & 6 years old as of Dec 31, 2024.  The U7 division follows the Intro to Hockey format developed by Hockey Alberta.  This Intro to Hockey Model provides general structural and administrative guidelines and specific player rules for all players.  For more information please click on the Intro to Hockey Model .

There are 2  (one hour) sessions per week which are held each Saturday and Sunday mornings from Oct to mid March.

Full hockey player equipment is required for all sessions. Please click on the Parent Portal link for further information regarding equipment requirements
