PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT REGISTRATION FORM BEFORE YOU BEGIN, BIRTH YEAR AND DIVISION, PLAYER OR GOALIE IF APPLICABLE. On the registration platform, there are the pulldown options on the REGISTRATION WEBSITE page. You MUST choose the correct one. 

SGMHA DISCOUNT CODES WILL BE SENT OUT BY FRIDAY, MAY 16th FOR THOSE FAMILIES WITH CREDITS CARRIED OVER

NEW PLAYER INFORMATION AND FORMS

New players must complete the below forms prior to registration:

1. Hockey Alberta Parent Declaration - please complete and put office@sgmha.ca in the Forward Submission section. Proof of residency is required. Please see the Proof of Residency requirement form here. 

2. SGMHA FOIP FORM

3. Copy of participant's birth certificate uploaded to your registration

ALL PARTICIPANTS

HOCKEY FEES FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON - please note in addition to these BASE fees, teams will require a seed cheque/payment to the team once budgets are formed and voted on at the first team meeting, should extra costs be anticipated. (Excluding the 4-year-old program)

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CHILD'S HCR NUMBER TO REGISTER. Please follow the instructions to find your HCR# in your Respect In Sport (RIS) Account
  1. Go to the Respect In Sport - Parent Site
  2. Click to select your language preference.
  3. Enter your login credentials (username and password) and click Login.
  4. Click on Profile.
  5. Click on Child Management.
  6. Once in Child  Management,  you will see HCR#s for your players.

All parents need to have a valid Respect in Sport - Parents Course prior to your registration being accepted. Please log into your Respect in Sport log in to check on the certificate date. 
If you do not have one, please complete that now. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE IF THE RESPECT IN SPORT - PARENT COURSE IS NOT VALID.
