Permits are required for any exhibition game, tournament, or out of SGMHA ice practice. 

If you are HOSTING an exhibition game, you must apply for an EXHIBITION GAME permit.
If you are GOING to an exhibition game, you must apply for a TRAVEL permit (even if you aren't travelling far)
If you are GOING to any tournament, you must apply for a TRAVEL permit. 
If you are HOSTING a tournament, please apply for the TOURNAMENT permit. 

All travel permits will require a HA number from either the tournament you are going to or the exhibition game you are going to play. Tournaments will supply you with that number. If you are going to play an exhibition game, please ask the hosting team for the HA number.
